If your phone is close to you at night, it will have a more negative effect on your health.
You may ask yourself how far it should be.

If you need to use your phone as an alarm, turn on airplane mode to prevent sending or receiving calls and text messages.
During the day, carry your phone in a purse or bag rather than in your pocket. It prevents exposure to high levels of radiation.
Why not have your phone under your pillow when you sleep?
