Business messaging app Slack has permanently suspended Libs of TikTok’s account.
According to Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon, who broke the story last night, “@SlackHQ has permanently suspended @libsoftiktok,” he tweeted. “If your business is protecting children, Slack doesn’t want your money.”
Dillon posted a screenshot he was provided of his tweet, which shows Slack’s message informing TikTok’s libs of his decision.
According to Slack in the email, “We are writing to inform you that we have suspended your workspace, Lott-chat.slack.com, for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy… As highlighted in Slack’s Acceptable Use Policy, Slack may exercise its right to suspend or terminate your access.”

According to Babylon Bee’s non-satire sister site NotTheBee.com, a specific policy that Slack says TikTok’s libs broke is a section:
“If we believe that a policy violation is willful, repeats, or presents a credible risk of harm to other users, our customers, services, or any third parties, we may suspend or terminate your access.”

Some conservatives, such as Not The Bee reporter Daniel Payne, wrote, “How much do you want to bet that Slack’s woke staff is bothered by a ‘breach of ethics’ given how popular and successful the lot is?”
Seth Dillon confirmed that Slack owner Salesforce was contacted after questioning why the suspension occurred, only to be told that their customer success team was “looking into this issue.”
“After I tweeted that @SlackHQ had suspended TikTok’s libs, I got a reply from @asksalesforce saying they were looking into it.” Dhillon tweeted. “Sounds like they could do the right thing. But instead of restoring the account, they deleted this tweet.

Leftists delight in blatant censorship
This isn’t the first time TikTok’s libs have been hit by big tech. He was removed from Twitter last year for “hateful conduct” but was replaced when Twitter was acquired by billionaire Elon Musk.
Now, liberals are rejoicing to see the removal of another popular conservative outlet like left-wing streamer Brian Krasenstein.
BREAKING: Slack just banned TikTok’s hateful, misleading libs account. While right-wing users are losing their minds because a private company exercised its right to remove the account of a customer who violated their terms of service, I’m happy to say… https://t.co/LX4Py1QuhM

“Slack has just banned the account of hateful, misleading libs from TikTok,” Krasenstein tweeted. “I’m happy to say that we live in a free society under a constitution that protects companies, while right-wing users are losing their minds because a private company exercised its right to remove the account of a customer who violated the terms of service. Obnoxious individuals are being forced to stay off their platforms.
It seems like only yesterday that liberals were calling private companies owned by the likes of Elon Musk a threat to democracy, but that tune must have changed.
Former ESPN anchor Keith Olbermann also said the decision was politically motivated when he responded to Twitter users celebrating the suspension.
“It’s not politics, it’s good. It’s terrorizing innocent people,” Olbermann responded.

If recent research into the deliberate censorship of conservative figures and outlets by Facebook, Google, and Twitter has shown anything, it’s that when a popular conservative site goes unexplained, there’s usually more to the story than they let on.
