    ABC News Shows Footage of Smoked Police Car Burning After Atlanta Riots Claimed to be ‘Peaceful Protests’

    Nice to see the media once again bring up the infamous ‘mostly peaceful protest’ narrative.

    Riots erupted in downtown Atlanta last weekend over the shooting death of 26-year-old environmental-activist Manuel Esteban Paez Terran, who authorities said shot and wounded state troopers who were clearing protesters from the site of a new public safety training center.

    Six people were arrested Saturday for their respective roles in the ensuing riots and charged with four felony counts including domestic terrorism, first-degree arson, second-degree criminal damage and interference with government property.

    ABC News, however, did their level best to enlighten the public as this was a left wing riot. The outlet tweeted the video, stressing that what happened in Atlanta was merely a “peaceful protest” that “turned violent.”

    And they did so At the same time Footage of a police car catching fire is being broadcast.

    ABC News calls the Atlanta riots a peaceful protest

    For those keeping score at home – riots involving multiple cities throughout the summer of 2020, millions in damage, the killing of police officers and 25 total deaths were “mostly peaceful”. Even the violent riots in Atlanta last weekend were peaceful.

    But protests at the Capitol by a handful of Trump supporters in January 2021: REVOLT AND THE END OF OUR NATION AS WE KNOW IT!!!

    It should be noted that even ABC News cannot do The disingenuous claim that the Atlanta protest simply “turned violent” is because the activists were on record demanding a “night of rage” beforehand.

    “Consider this a call to mutual violence for the police and their allies,” one environmental group wrote on social media.

    Yet ABC News is literally rewriting reality before your eyes. And naturally, level-headed observers had some questions about their scope.

    “What do you mean ‘turned violent’?” asked author David Limbaugh. “They promised a night of violence in advance. Can you all tell me some truth? “

    No, of course they can’t. That makes the legacy media in this country the biggest collective of liars known to man. Right up there with the FBI and the current White House.

    Comedian Tim Young hits ABC with a dose of reality.

    “Pro tip to the partisan baboons, if something catches fire it’s not a peaceful protest,” another person wrote.

    Would ABC News call it a “peaceful protest” that “turned violent” of its own accord if a flaming police car was torched by people wearing MAGA hats?

    Atlanta’s Democrat mayor ripped those who said the riots were peaceful

    To emphasize how absurd ABC News saw the riots, Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens fired back at those who claimed the anti-police violence was in any way peaceful.

    Dickens was a Democrat.

    “Crimes range from violence to domestic terrorism to assault to battery and a few other things,” the mayor told CBS. “But yes, if someone were to burn a police car or smash windows or have explosives, that would be violent.”

    ABC News isn’t the only outfit trying to portray the Atlanta riots as mostly peaceful.

    CNN had a guest report on the events that said the riots shouldn’t be labeled “violent” and helped raise money for an eco-terrorist who shot down state troopers.

    No wonder. CNN is the same outlet that carried the on-air graphic that described the August 2020 violent riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin as “fiery but largely peaceful protests.”

    He drove the Chiron even as his national correspondent stood in front of several burning vehicles.

    Covering up arsonists and cop killers is not a good look. That is why the media remains the biggest threat to the American people this country has ever seen.
