Westcor Land Title Insurance Company is the 5th largest title insurance company in the nation. We provide technology solutions for all of the title insurance industry. We are in the process of building a Customer Solutions Team. Are you a natural problem solver? Are you willing to play detective if you do not have enough information to resolve customer issues? Do you enjoy making an unhappy customer happy? If this is you, you are the person we are looking for. The Customer Solution Specialist role will be responsible for providing each customer with a stellar experience from start to finish with Westcor’s suite of technologies and services as well as acting as a technical liaison between the technology team
and the sales team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Be a customer advocate by investigating and resolving customer technical issues or inquiries effective and efficiently and with a white-glove attitude.
  • Use ticket management system to create, track, and update details on the specifics of customer issues received by various communication platforms.
  • Responsibly communicates to all parties involved in issue resolution to meet and manage customers’ expectations.
  • Work with the internal software development team and/or external vendor(s)/partner(s) for resolution as needed.
  • Creates or enhances documentation throughout the support process.
  • Collaborate with sales business reps and act as a technical SME.
  • Develop Customer Success plans for implementing and training customers on technology products and services.
  • Provide training and product demonstrations to customers along with sales team on products and services.
  • Participate in seminars and conferences as subject matter experts for product and services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

  • An extraordinary service-oriented attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, conflict management, resolution, and communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of Closing and/or Title Insurance experience, a plus.
  • Familiarity with public records data.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a technical environment.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server management studio, a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree
