Parliamentary aspirant for Ablekuma North Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Madam Evurabena Obin, has called on the youths of Ghana and her constituency to rally behind the party to win the 2024 general elections.
According to him, the NDC has good policies and programs to ensure that Ghanaian youths are at the forefront of their next government.
Evurabena stated this last Tuesday, April 4, after he successfully vetted to become one of the three parliamentary aspirants in Ablekuma North Constituency.
“I want to assure the youth that with the duo of Ewurabena and John Mahama, there will be good results. Also, with the flag bearer promise of transparency in their government, the youths should come out boldly to support NDC victory in the 2024 elections. she said.
Ewurabena said the party sees the 2024 elections and the victory of the NDC as a powerful tool to break the current injustices in Ghana.
He reiterated that the improved membership drive and re-organization of the NDC would strengthen the base of the party.
“Ablekuma North will not be called an orphan constituency after 2024 because the NDC will win the seat handsomely.
“By 2024, the perception of the field as an orphan field will change and become a thing of the past. she said
Speaking on the review, Ewoorabena said; “I am confident that the representatives who have worked tirelessly in the field will reward my hard work and ability and become an inspiration to the future aspirants by winning.
He called on the delegates to show unity and love during and after this internal competition.
He appealed for the need for decent campaigning among all aspirants and called on supporters from all sides to exercise moderation in statements to curb dissent.
“I want to use this medium to remind delegates that all aspirants are good but Evurabena Aubin is the best. she said.
At the end of the successful verification, the maverick politician was chosen number one on the ballot paper.
