After he won his election, Alabama’s new Secretary of State Wes Allen withdrew the state from the ERIC voter registration system.
Gateway Pundit Mr. Allen appreciates them.
However, Mr. Allen was not done with ERIC. He was in the Washington DC area last week for the 2023 NASS Winter Conference. It is an annual meeting of secretaries of all states. In a brilliant move, he decided to visit the address published for ERIC’s headquarters. That address is 1201 Connecticut Ave. NW, Ste 600, Washington, DC 20036.
Allen said, “Since I was in town, I went to see the ERIC headquarters. I came to know that ERIC headquarters was not at that address. There were no employees. There were no servers. There was no ERIC presence of any kind. Instead. I found a virtual office for rent by the day. All that’s missing is people, servers, and any sign of the ERIC team.
Known as the Longfellow Building, the 12-story space is partially managed by a company called Expansive. They offer virtual workspaces across the country and rent space by the day. Other companies rent the same exact 6th floor suite 600 address. In fact, Global Innovation Fund, Degenhall Resources, Grassroots Plus and other businesses share the same address. Including the same suit noAs the headquarters of ERIC.
Posted on the Alabama SOS website, Allen describes his visit to ERIC,
SOS Wes Allen: “Before I took office, Alabama transferred the personal information of millions of our citizens over the last several years to this private organization. That information is stored on a server somewhere but we don’t know where. ERIC does not operate in the place they claim to be their office. A lot of personal data and taxpayer money has been transferred to ERIC. . Where is that data? Where are the employees? Where are the offices? Where are the computers?”
As previously reported by GP, ERIC has 3 employees who work as remote staff. Executive Director, Shane Hamlin, resides in Washington state. They are not willing to reveal where the data resides, not even the city. Erica Haas He has been a systems engineer since the beginning and lives in Oregon. GP reported Sarah Witt, their “Systems and Data Specialist”, hired in 2019. He resides in Wisconsin. Although her title suggests “expert,” she previously managed their voter rolls for the State of WI for more than a decade. You could say she is an “expert” in creating the worst, most easily corrupted voter lists in the country, which includes 3.4 million ineligible voters. Now you know why ERIC hired her.
We expect great things from Mr. Allen, including transparency about organizations like NASS. Controlled by the left, NASS has long influenced the Secretary of State and our election policies across America. In fact, a “New Member Orientation” was provided last week for newly elected SOSs to learn about NASS. Of course Microsoft later hosted and sponsored the reception. NASS has a long list of 58 corporations that are involved in manipulating election officials and policies.
David Becker founded ERIC while he was employed by the Pew Charitable Trust. He later founded his own nonprofit, CEIR, to serve Democrats with elections. Strangely, he retained a seat on the ERIC board. Their partisanship and no-holds-barred Democrat activism is part of the reason our elections are so unreliable.
Former Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill said he is working to remove David Becker from the ERIC board in 2023. Why the delay? This June 2022 report shows that Becker obtained ERIC data for his own nonprofit to help Democrats, but still not enough to put him in the can. Why?
Becker is the man behind the scenes pulling the strings at ERIC. This small non-profit has always kept the left in check, unwilling to police itself or provide any transparency. Becker conducts every ERIC media interview and is the first to counter the negative image of ERIC using his press contacts. Although the executive director is Shane Hamlin, he’s just one person. Hamlin was ERIC about 13 years ago when he was hired to work on the Pew Charitable Trust’s “Voter Modernization Project.” He has been under Becker’s thumb ever since. Don’t feel sorry for Hamlin. He aligned himself with the dirt he knew, even then.
Wes Allen was absolutely right in leaving ERIC.
When that report came out it was hours, not months, for Becker to be purged, but he was still involved. This means that whatever advantage Becker might find to help the Democratic Party, all policies aside, the data will always be in question.
Well done, Secretary of State Wes Allen! You sir, are a true American patriot!
