To compete like a champion, you must eat like one. I mean, at least you do if you’re a high-level strongman.

As the 2023 Arnold Strongman Classic (ASC) approaches in early March in Columbus, OH, the Stoltman brothers — Tom and Luke — demonstrate their daily diet pattern two weeks before the upcoming competition. He consumed a total of 10,000 calories He tried to patronize his massive constructions. For the two-time World’s Strongest Man (WSM) in Tom and the 2021 Europe’s Strongest Man (ESM) in Luke, this is perhaps the ideal diet for two trying to lift the Atlas Stones at their peak.

    Meal 1 – Breakfast

Luke revealed that for their first meal of the day, breakfast, what the brothers eat isn’t exact between the pair. That factor doesn’t seem to phase athletes from the necessary calorie-packing.
