“He has been handed over to the military, but the police investigation continues to determine the circumstances of his disappearance.” A police statement said on Sunday, February 26.
The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) Directorate of Military Peacekeeping Operations has alerted the public to the disappearance of Lieutenant Colonel Peter Amoh.
A statement released by the GAF earlier warned of a search for the missing officer.
“Anyone with information on his whereabouts should please contact the nearest police station or military police station or call any of the following numbers: Commanding Officer of the Ghana Military Police – 0244561521, Duty Officer of the Ghana Military Police – 0593844420,”
