Biden sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to MLK III’s wife, Andrea Waters King, and it was a total disaster.

“Well, look, my wife has a rule in our family that when it’s somebody’s birthday, we sing happy birthday,” Biden said confidently.
Then he frowned.
Joe Biden forgot who he was singing happy birthday to and announced himself.
