Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to assist in our parcel handling operations. This role is vital in ensuring that every item received in our facility is processed, inspected, and prepared for delivery efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Inspection : Accurately receive and inspect incoming parcels for quality and condition, reporting any discrepancies.
• Sorting & Organization : Sort and categorize parcels based on delivery requirements, storing items safely and securely in designated areas.
• Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare parcels for international shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Inventory Control : Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular checks, and updating the inventory management system.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to warehouse safety procedures, ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any parcel-related issues.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience or experience in a similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to [weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs] regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and parcel management.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
