Position Overview:
Adecco is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations in Guilderland Center. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage team performance.

• Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Perform regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center, with leadership experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift up to [insert weight] pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.

Pay Details: 21.00 per hour
