Job Description: As a Trade Partner Coordinator (TPC), you will be the primary point of contact for our trade partners, fostering long-lasting relationships and ensuring smooth coordination of project schedules. This is a team environment, where you will work closely with Construction Coordinators and Construction Supervisors on every project. Your main objective is to find winning solutions to scheduling issues in order to increase production capacity and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position is fully remote, however, living within the Houston, Dallas or Central Texas markets is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule trade partners on multiple job sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for trade partners on all active construction jobs.
• Expedite the construction processes with excellent organization and communication with the project team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.
• Collaborate with market-based teams to improve procedures and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bilingual - Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Extremely organized with excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management, self-reporting, and record-keeping abilities.
• Task-oriented self-starter who works well under pressure.
• Professional and personable written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in common computer skills (email, social media, Google suite).
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Excel).
