Compensation Package:

• Annual salary range of $47,000 to $57,000, competitive and rewarding.

• Ensuring that all paperwork needed for escrow transactions is accurate and comprehensive as required by regulatory bodies
• Checking names and entities in documents carefully to ensure correctness and compliance
• Accuracy is ensured by precisely computing and verifying escrow fees before submission
• Employing digital systems like Simplifile to submit and handle escrow documents in an effective manner
• Completing in-depth investigation and analysis to settle any disagreements or problems that might come up during the escrow procedure
• Maintaining efficient lines of communication with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders in order to quickly respond to questions and provide updates
• Working together with internal teams to improve escrow operations' overall efficiency and streamline procedures
• Ensuring that all paperwork needed for escrow transactions is accurate and comprehensive as required by regulatory bodies
• Adhere to closing instructions and verify that all closing conditions have been satisfied
• Compile data and put into loan closing documents in a timely manner

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in escrow, title, or real estate transactions is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with Simplifile or similar electronic escrow platforms is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
