We are looking for TEMPORARY REMOTE Telephone Interviewers to join one of Rochester, New York’s top workplaces! This temporary assignment runs for approximately one month.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Our interviewers are responsible for completing telephone interviews for new medical applications. Some duties include:

• Completing telephone interviews with applicants using critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Effectively communicating with customers through telephone calls, telephone interviews, and correspondence.
• Responding quickly and ethically to all requests and issues.
• Ability to make/receive calls.
• Additional tasks as assigned to support the department.
• Consistently produce accurate work with minimal mistakes.
• Assisting with pre-screen calls once proficient with interviews.
• Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.
• Maintaining client metrics.
• Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.
• Attending coachings and team meetings.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to complete the contract which runs from 9/9/2024-12/31/2024
• Must be able to pick up equipment in Medina, NY location.
• Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills required.
• Ability to achieve with little supervision.
• Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.
• The completion of a pre-employment assessment, reference/background screening, and drug screening.
