JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from pipeline generation to offer acceptance. Partners and collaborates with business leaders to determine needs, identify, and assess talent, and manage salary negotiations. Key role in talent mapping and succession planning for the enterprise. Responsible for the development, management, and execution of sourcing and research strategies to identify, manage, and cultivate a talent pool of leadership, senior level, and highly specialized candidates.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serves as a valued talent advisor to senior leaders and HR partners by understanding the strategic priorities of the organization and developing talent recruitment strategies to meet the business priorities.
- Develops, cultivates, and maintains robust talent pipelines. Manages pipeline activity and maintains data integrity while proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Recruits across a wide range of disciplines.
- Discusses talent mapping and succession planning in areas of expertise.
- Leads, guides, and influences stakeholders regarding hiring decisions by providing talent insights, competitive intelligence, and customized analysis of the talent landscape.
- Performs confidential searches as needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years recruiting in an agency or corporate setting. Five or more years of recruiting roles at AVP level and above.
- Insurance industry and/or financial services experience.
