Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite only)

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the organization. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also mentor junior recruiters and support the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a high level of candidate engagement and satisfaction.

  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by nurturing relationships with potential candidates.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to drive continuous improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
