Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the organization. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also mentor junior recruiters and support the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a high level of candidate engagement and satisfaction.
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to drive continuous improvement.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
