This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

The Office of Civil Rights and Resolution is  seeking an organized, hardworking, and dependable professional to join our  dynamic and fast-paced team.

Under the general supervision of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)  Officer, the analyst provides consultation to supervisors, managers, and  employees on options for addressing EEO concerns; conducts intake interviews  to determine whether the allegations are within the EEO jurisdiction; conducts  investigations and prepares investigative reports to be submitted for management  review; prepares mandatory reports for compliance agencies;  works on special projects; and carries out the mission of the EEO program.

This Limited Term position may be extended to 24 months and may become Permanent.
