We collaborate in a fast-paced environment, that leverages client needs across our shared LexisNexis Risk Teams. Our purpose is to reduce client churn and simply client retention. About the Role The Senior Business Consultant acts on client's behalf to manage 2 areas of emphasis. 1. Production Support: Manages and maintains client requests leveraging existing business processes as well as analyzing client needs. Leverages best practice product knowledge to continue to drive client effective utilization of the product. 2. Client Advocacy: Identify and track client (KPI) Key Performance Indicators, message and navigate product enhancement opportunities and continue to develop data insights to support client identified value statements. Responsibilities + Coordinating service delivery across various teams and departments. + Building and maintaining client relationships and providing day-to-day client advice and support. + Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. + Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients. + Analyzing client needs and making recommendations for improvements. + Providing training to clients on new products and services. + Leading the work of small project teams; may formally train junior staff. + Performing all other duties as assigned.
