Job Description:

The Ice Flyers are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Associates for our pop-up merchandise stand at Cordova Mall.

Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with mall visitors
• Promote Ice Flyers merchandise and effectively communicate product features
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of team merchandise and ongoing promotions
• Execute sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth environment
• Set up and close down the booth, ensuring a professional appearance at all times
• Represent the Ice Flyers brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Perform additional duties as assigned by team management

Proficiencies:

• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
• Problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn Shopify POS system

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong customer service skills with ability to engage and persuade
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable transportation
• Interest in hockey or sports (preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• Hourly, part-time position
• Employee discount on Ice Flyers merchandise and tickets
• Position is seasonal and runs from November-December
