JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Department of Psychology at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for a full-time Faculty Researcher position.
Responsibilities include:
- Preprocess and statistically analyze behavioral data, using advanced statistical techniques
- Preprocess and statistically analyze electrophysiological data, using advanced statistical techniques for Event-Related Potential (ERP) analysis and time frequency (TFR) analysis
- Visualize the electrophysiological data, using advance data visualization techniques (including the use of R)
- Write scientific articles that report the NSF-funded research outcomes
- Present the outcomes of research at scientific venues
- Present the outcomes of research to the broader community
- Contribute to the writing of the annual report and the project final report for NSF
A Master's degree or higher in Psychology or related field is required by the appointment date. This is a non-tenure-track, term position, funded for six months.
