Job Description

The Redux Group is seeking a detail-oriented transaction coordinator to support the highest-producing agents on our real estate team located in The Washington, DC metropolitan area. You’ll assist our agents with the administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, including preparing paperwork, problem-solving, following up with involved parties, and keeping the transactions on track to close. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, flawless attention to detail, a sense of urgency and ownership. and enjoy working with and supporting others. • Prepare agent paperwork (buyer agreements, listing agreements, offers, etc.)
• Monitor and follow up on the status of each transaction (active/pending/etc.)
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate with the agents, clients, title companies, and lenders via email and phone
• Advise team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution
• Answer all emails in a timely manner
• Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems
• Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
• Keep Lead Agents and Director of Operations informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of real estate transaction coordination experience
• Must reside in the United States, ideally in Northern Virginia, Maryland, or DC!
• Professional level verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Impeccable attention to details
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Experience with Brivity, SkySlope, FUB, etc desired.
• Great ability to focus
• Persistence in getting the job done, regardless of challenges
• Concern for doing things the right way
• Service-based attitude
