Job Description
Ray Carlson and Associates, Inc., established in 1976, is a progressive company in Northern California wine country providing land surveying and geographic information system (GIS) services in the North Bay area is expanding our team and has a challenging opportunity for a licensed land surveyor. This opportunity is reserved for candidates that are self-motivated, analytical, highly competent, and customer oriented with leadership skills; court cases are 15% of our work.
Only experienced surveyors who are licensed in the State of California need apply. This position includes field and office work for topographic and ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, lot line adjustments, construction staking, and more. More requirements for this position include project and staff management, business development, and marketing.
You will become part of a knowledgeable professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. degree in Geomatics surveying, with AutoCAD experience and/or 5 year’s experience in surveying applications. Excellent communication, computer skills, and a willingness to travel and do field work are required. good driving record
