Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Product Specialist to join our evening shift team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cannabis products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, including flower, edibles, concentrates, topicals, and more.
• Sales Support: Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Assist in the organization and restocking of products, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
• Compliance: Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
• Education: Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of cannabis products, promoting safe and responsible consumption.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management to help improve product offerings and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Passion for cannabis and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
