Position Overview:
Are you detail-oriented with strong computer skills? Join our team as an Entry Level Pharmacy Technician, where you will:

Evaluate requests to determine approval eligibility.
Accurately enter Prior Authorization information into our claims system to ensure proper adjudication.
Provide clinical outcomes to members and their physicians within specified turnaround times.
Research and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
Conduct outreach to pharmacies and physician offices to gather necessary information, and assist members as needed.
Training Overview:

Enjoy 6 weeks of paid training through distance learning, engaging with instructors and peers via video and chat applications.
Training includes two weeks of audits, with up to two additional weeks if needed.
While you will receive support from trainers and senior employees, success in this role requires self-motivation and independence.
Performance metrics will be used to track your progress and success.
Compensation:

$18.00 per hour, with a 6-month temp-to-hire opportunity.
Start Date:

Multiple start dates available in September.
Requirements:

Reliable internet service.
A private, quiet home office space.
Excellent computer skills (a skills test will be required).
An uninterrupted household setting during work hours, as you will be interacting with medical staff and patients.
Training Hours:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, Monday - Friday (training hours are separate from regular working hours).
Core Business Hours:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST, with shifts assigned after training, which may include one weekend day. Be prepared for potential weekend and overtime work.
Technology Requirements:

Proficiency in using dual monitors and navigating multiple systems.
Familiarity with systems such as Cover My Meds, RX Claims, Benefits Editor Tool (BET), Right Fax, WebEx, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
