Position Summary:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven entry-level Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to plan and execute campaigns, analyze results, and help drive brand awareness and engagement. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, technology, and live events, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns 
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative marketing content to engage potential clients
• Social Media Management: manage weekly/monthly posting of our content on Instagram, Meta, X, and YouTube
• Website Management:  ongoing management of our website with content on Wix platform.
• Proposal Building:  Support the sales team in building proposals and templates for prospecting new clients
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Brand Management: Support brand consistency across all marketing efforts and ensure that all materials align with our brand guidelines.
• Event Coordination: Help coordinate some events and webinars throughout the year to promote our business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field with marketing as a component
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or relevant projects preferred
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software)
• Experience using Wix or similar website content management system
• Experience with content creation/editing software like Photoshop, Canva, Final Cut, etc. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt is critical
