Duties will include: Answering incoming calls from vendors and customers Must be proficient in email due to high levels of international emails to/from customers and vendors Sufficient knowledge of computer programs including Outlook, Excel and Word Background in transportation and logistics a plus Dispatch trucks out to factories for pick ups of equipment Following up with factories and providing details to customers Generating order files Must be punctual Work Hours are 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch.
