JOB SUMMARY:

This role is an Atlassian Business Analyst focused on building out a new JIRA ITSM environment and automation. The Administrator will be working with the team members to roll out changes to our infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create comprehensive JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes etc. Build customized solutions to extend the functionality of Atlassian JIRA using third party add-ons. Set up reports, dashboards and filters in JIRA. Create development / testing version of Jira to test new workflows and modifications to existing workflows. Be the initial support tier for JIRA Service Desk, Jira Software and Confluence. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Understanding business requirements from different business units to build technical solution to support those requirements. Experience and understanding around requirements for business processes, and how to determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA setup and workflows, as well as identify where functionality can/cannot meet user requests. Demonstrated hands on knowledge of with a scripting or query language such as SQL, PowerShell, JQL Energetic and ability to work in a fast-changing dynamic agile environment, strong work ethic with good time management. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years working with ITSM tools such as Service Now, or Jira Service Management Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on JIRA Service Desk and Confluence.
