Louisville, KY , is looking to hire a
full-time Forensic Interviewer to provide forensic interviews with children and adolescents.
This human services position earns an hourly pay of
$23.08 - $24/hour and a
$300 sign-on bonus payable over the first year . We also offer great benefits, including

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FORENSIC INTERVIEWER As a Forensic Interviewer, you play a key role in providing interventions, coordination, collaboration, and advocacy services on behalf of children and families. This position utilizes trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and policies in its service delivery. The Forensic Interviewer works with law enforcement and prosecutors to ensure court-admissible information is collected, provides expert witness testimony for court, provides and coordinates information to all invested parties, and serves as a liaison to other treatment agencies. Additionally, the forensic interviewer's duties include conducting forensic interviews of children and adolescents when an allegation of abuse has been made, or a traumatic event has been witnessed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FORENSIC INTERVIEWER - Master's Degree in a mental health field, education, human services, or criminal justice
- 3 years working with children
- Specialized training in forensic interviewing is preferred but not required.
