Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a well established, national company with a location in Central Cleveland. This is a hybrid role of in-office and remote work. This role is ideal for someone skilled in data modeling and ad hoc reporting. The Financial Analyst will work closely with leardership to develop, automate, and implement financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and graphs.
• Prepare benchmarking surveys to analyze firm performance.
• Create and automate reports using business intelligence tools.
• Provide reporting support to practice group leaders and senior staff.
• Perform data analysis and modeling to identify improvement areas.
• Process and validate data for predictive analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of data analysis or accounting experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and financial statement preparation preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
