Finance Manager
Location : Poconos, PA
Reports to : CFO
Type : Full-Time, On-Site

The Director of Finance will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of a luxury resort hotel. This includes overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. The role is crucial for guiding the hotel's financial strategy, optimizing profitability, and working with department heads to ensure operational efficiency and support growth.

• Financial Strategy & Planning : Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with business objectives.
• Maximizing Revenue & Profit : Analyze revenue streams, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to drive financial success.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage audits, and assess financial risks.
• Leadership & Development : Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Cash Flow & Treasury : Oversee cash flow and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions.
• Cost Management : Monitor expenses and implement strategies to reduce costs without affecting quality.
• Capital Projects & Asset Management : Provide financial insights on capital projects and manage the hotel's assets.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Extensive experience in hotel/resort financial management, budgeting, and compliance (GAAP/IFRS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
