LOCAL PAYOR LANDSCAPE KNOWLEDGE: Medicare & Medicaid Know some work arounds when PHI is not accessible Have experience in:

escalations, education, Commercial co-pay card approvals , Patient Assistance program approvals , foundation coverage, guidelines, and reimbursement.
