As a DocuSign Engineer , you would be responsible for delivering innovative solutions for an enterprise-wide document generation and management system along with accelerating our digital transformation thru the modernization of our document process flow. This is a hands-on development role focused on business value delivery utilizing Agile/SCRUM. The ideal candidate for this role should have hands-on experience in the administration, configuration and maintenance of the DocuSign application across various environments; designing and building DocuSign templates, agreements, powerforms and webforms as well as enable electronic signature functionality via DocuSign APIs and services. This role will be responsible for implementing and optimizing DocuSign solutions, monitoring performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining documentation.

In this role you will be part of the North America Digital Documents Team, eSignature Squad, that is responsible for delivering document lifecycle focused products and digital document solutions for our leasing business. You will be an integral member of an environment that will transform our business thru automating and digitizing our core processes while delivering efficiencies and enhancing our customer experience. As such, this position requires someone who is self-driven, has excellent communications skills (verbal and written), who works well under pressure and can effectively work with disparate teams throughout a diverse business community. This role is also requiring someone with visionary thinking abilities, has the capacity to learn new technologies and drive innovative solutions impacting multiple applications in the landscape.

This position requires basic working knowledge of scrum/agile methodology.

Day to Day

  • Full development life cycle involvement including requirements review, application design, configuration, and development of scalable solutions to enhance workflows and business processes impacting multiple systems
  • DocuSign Account and User Management
  • Support Document API and Services build by providing expertise on DocuSign APIs and its capabilities
  • Administration and Configuration to enable DocuSign features and optimize usage
  • Develop and maintain document templates and agreements
  • Develop and maintain Powerforms and Webforms
  • Digitize document process and enable electronic signature
  • Work on products that are built in Agile and DevOps delivery model.
  • Handling maintenance and technical support on major and minor bug fixes and other issues
  • Perform tests locally as well as in an integrated, distributed environment. Test Automation experience is a definite help
  • Participate in technical design process model, monitoring and reporting components, task and service implementations, work management, process start and control, event handling, integration components, work assignment, user access and security components, and versioning approach
  • Work with Product Owners, key business stakeholders and cross-functional development team to support business value delivery
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help improve the development process and business value delivery

Applicable Pay Range

$73,754.24 - $110,631.36

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
