Digital Program Manager


Location: Salty Lake City, Utah (Onsite)

Job Description:


Responsibilities
•Run routine meetings across a development organization
•Facilitate cost and time tracking across a variety of projects
•Control documentation for the R&D system
•Plan and execute projects across various groups internal to FLSmidth
•Ensure the quality and overall integrity of the program
•Maintain the 'big picture' - stitch together all parts of the program in a way that solves business challenges
•Monitor progress to understand how on-track or off-track a project or the overall program is. Step in to provide support and escalate if things slip off track
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify deliverables, plans, and performance metrics. Ensure clarity on who is doing what and when it will be done, with a clear picture of dependencies, risks, and milestones.
•Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management.
•Provide budget and expenditure oversight to identify when the budget is at risk.
•Work with stakeholders to support rigorous goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:


Experience building and leading a team of people with a consultative mindset. Willingness to engage with stakeholders and solve problems across various departments within FLSmidth. Preferably, you will have experience using data to make business decisions and build PowerBI applications.
•Bachelor's degree in a related and appropriate field of study with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree in a related field of study with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
•2+ years of experience in the management of development programs and 4+ years of work experience in a technical delivery environment.
•Experience in project management with PM tools - Sharepoint or equivalent, Azure DevOps or equivalent, MS Excel
•Adept at building project schedules with Microsoft Project
•Highly organized with a preference towards management processes
•Enjoy writing and communication in an open organization
•Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
