We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts, meeting tight tolerances, and working with a variety of alloy metals. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their skills and make a significant impact on our production process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the requirements of products and processes.
• Conduct regular CNC machine inspections to ensure optimal performance and detect malfunctions.
• Set up machines and equipment, including the selection of appropriate tools and materials.
• Measure and test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers and gauges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
• Demonstrated experience working with tight tolerances and alloy metals.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
