Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones and providing quality service, ensuring calls reach the right person, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, verifying the completeness of charts, and greeting patients. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage daily front office operations effectively.

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Haven, Connecticut.

Work Environment

This position offers two distinct roles: one in ENT and one in Urology. The Urology role operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The ENT role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Both roles require a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
