BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Greenville, NC Medicare Certified Home Health office. Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Greenville, NC and other surrounding areas. Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff. Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager: Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN is required. 1+ years of Home Health required Oasis experience required. Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred. Supervisory experience a plus. Why choose Bayada?
