Ability to start Part-time and build to a Full-time caseload.
Welcoming BCBAs residing in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. *Must be able to travel to the Worcester, MA area on an intermittent basis.*
AKABA welcomes a Full time or Part time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us in delivering high quality ABA Services in the home and community. This BCBA is one who has strong leadership skills, takes initiative, and values working as team with families and other providers. Job Pay: Non Exempt. Opportunity to make $80,000- $100,000
Job Location: Worcester County - Our center is located in Auburn, MA with clients coming primarily from the Worcester Metro Area. We have Telehealth components that allow for partly remote works to mix in days at our center and in-home.

AKABA provides ABA services within our center, client homes and communities to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work with the RBTs and ABA Techs to implement interventions thathelp children improve their behavior at home and in the community by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation. Our ABA program provides comprehensive intervention to individuals between the ages of 3-22. The AKABA team believes in developing talent and offers opportunities for growth in a diversity of skill sets.
