Responsibilities – BDC / Digital Platform Manager:
Manage and optimize our online presence and digital marketing strategies
Supervise BDC representatives, managing both inbound service calls and outbound customer communications
Enhance customer relationships, ensuring all interactions make our clients feel valued
Maintain compliance with Mercedes Benz’s certification standards with regular recertifications
Coordinate effectively across departments to uphold high service standards and operational efficiency
Qualifications – BDC / Digital Platform Manager:
Proven background in Automotive Internet Management or a similar role within the automotive industry
BDC Management in RV, Motorsport, Marine or other related industry are welcome to apply!
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to motivate and lead a team
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ADP systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, meeting all deadlines
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Customer Communication Skills are expected and rewarded
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
