If this is you, we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team and help achieve a more structured experience and outcome for our company and those we serve.

Responsibilities
· Tenant Management: The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for managing tenant relations, responding to tenant inquiries, and ensuring that the tenants are adhering to the lease agreements. Oversee rent collection to include evictions, delinquencies and handle any disputes that arise between tenants. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
· Property Maintenance: The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for ensuring that the property is well-maintained, clean, and in good repair. Conduct property inspections on a regular basis to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with contractors or maintenance personnel and ensure that work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
· Lease Administration: Responsible for administering leases, ensuring that lease agreements are in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing real estate and property management. Ensure that all lease documents are properly executed and stored.
· Budget Management: Responsible for managing the property's budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the property is operating within its financial constraints.
· Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to promote property to potential tenants and ensuring that the property is well-presented and attractive to prospective renters.
· Reporting: The Assistant Property Manager may be responsible for generating reports on the property's performance, financials, and occupancy rates to senior management or owners.
· Review and approve invoices and ensure timely payment of vendors.
· Provide overall administrative support including scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
· High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
· Minimum of 1 year of property management experience, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
· Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing real estate and property management.
