The Arizona Supreme Court issued a new order Thursday, Katie Hobbs v. Carey Lake’s lawsuit and motion for expedited review of the stolen 2022 election in Arizona.
Court fixed March 21 To consider whether or not they will accept Lake’s new application. “At the conference, the court will decide whether to accept the review and schedule oral argument,” the order states.
Respondents’ responses are ordered to be filed further March 13.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit, Cary Lake filed a ‘Petition for Review’ and ‘Motion to Expedit’ consideration of her election fraud lawsuit in the Arizona Supreme Court on Wednesday, March 1.

Gateway Pundit reported last month that Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the rigged and stolen 2022 gubernatorial election in Maricopa County was dismissed in the Arizona Court of Appeals. She followed through on her promise to appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court!
“The Court of Appeals, in denying petitioner Kari Lake’s petition, ruled that Arizona election laws are irrelevant,” Lake’s attorneys argue.
