Former Arizona Republican candidate Kari Lake is bringing her election integrity lawsuit to the Arizona Supreme Court, requesting it review her challenge to the state’s 2022 gubernatorial election.
Lake lost the race to Democrat Gov. Katie Hobbs by just 17,000 votes.

Maricopa County
Lake has consistently argued that the results were flawed because of problems with ballot printers at some polling stations in Maricopa County.
The former candidate is a strong supporter of Donald Trump, who has yet to be convicted of widespread election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
That fight for electoral integrity has extended to his race.
Lake’s lawyers insist that “public trust in elections is at an all-time low” and that “trust must be restored” by issuing a “review to correct this manifest error.”
Hope kept!@carlylake He vowed to the people of Arizona to take our fight for election integrity to the Arizona Supreme Court.
Today, her lawyer filed to do just that.

Curry Lake election fight goes to Arizona Supreme Court
Lake’s legal filing contends that technical problems in Maricopa County invalidated Republican voters and that the chain of custody for those ballots was broken at an off-site facility.
While lower courts have consistently rejected Lakes’ challenge to the election results, her appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court is a de facto admission that “Arizona election laws don’t matter.”
Despite election integrity lawsuits in the four months since her loss, “courts have concluded that she presented no evidence that voters who could not read ballots from tabulators at polling places were unable to vote,” the Associated Press reported.
The AP acknowledges that “faulty printers produced ballots too light to be read by on-site tabulators at polling places,” but county officials insist that “votes were taken to more sophisticated counters at the Elections Department headquarters and properly recorded.”

Polls suggest that Republican voters do not support the rights
A research firm called OH Predictive Insights recently asked a sample of registered voters in Arizona for their thoughts on the gubernatorial election results.
More than three-quarters of all respondents, including a majority of Republican voters (58%), agreed with the following statement:
“While the election was far from perfect, there is no credible evidence of widespread voter fraud that would have changed the outcome of the election.”
“Regardless of the narrative of a stolen gubernatorial election coming out of Curry Lake, acceptance of Katie Hobbs’ victory is shared across party lines by majorities,” said Mike Noble. @OH predictor Head of Research. https://t.co/VotLPHEaib

Hobbs, meanwhile, is one of several high-level Arizona politicians and officials accused of accepting bribes from the Mexican Sinaloa cartel.
The Sinaloa Cartel is considered one of the most powerful and deadliest drug cartels in the world.
Hobbs has denied the allegations, saying he thinks those responsible will be “held accountable”.
