A new Fox News-commissioned poll this week shows us what’s already pretty clear — average people are in for another year of financial woes for a Biden administration.
The survey was conducted by Beacon Research (D) and Shaw & Company Research (R), which surveyed 1,006 voters across the country between February 19-22, 2023. The margin of sampling error for this survey is +/- 3%.
According to a report discussing the survey, roughly “60 percent of registered US voters say they have less money in their pockets than they did a year ago.”
Fifty-seven percent of respondents said they have less money to spend now compared to this time in 2022. For comparison, only 28% of respondents gave the same answer in 2018.
She is lying and our biased press knows it. More Americans have less money in their pockets than Biden and Harris. https://t.co/8Do1czjKW8

Twelve percent of respondents said they need to spend more money because of inflation and the higher cost of goods, while 31% say their finances are basically the same compared to last year.
When it comes to pointing fingers at the root cause of their economic woes, an overwhelming 62% say they disapprove of President Biden’s handling of the economy, and 66% disapprove of how he has tried to contain inflation. Control.
When it comes to the health of the economy as a hole, nearly 80% said the current state is in “fair or poor” condition. Sadly, this is basically what was reported last year when the same question was asked.
