Representative Harriet Hageman, the conservative Republican who ousted Liz Cheney last year, recently visited the southern border, and Biden had some harsh words for DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
In an interview with Breitbart News, Hageman blamed Mayorkas for violating his oath of office.
Of course, she was exactly right. The southern border has been a disaster since the Biden administration took office.

EXCLUSIVE — Harriet Hageman after border trip: Mayorkas ‘violating oath of office’
Representative Harriet Hageman (R-WY) delivered a scathing rebuke to President Joe Biden’s border chief after returning from a congressional visit to Yuma, Arizona, on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Saturday.
Hageman, a member of the House Judiciary Committee, said Homeland Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has “abandoned his responsibilities” because it is “very likely” that articles of impeachment will be brought against him.
“I believe there will be articles of indictment against Mallorcas,” Hagemann said. “And the reason is, he has completely abdicated his responsibilities as head of the Department of Homeland Security, and he is violating the oath he took to protect this country from enemies both foreign and domestic.”
Hageman added, “He is not carrying out his duties or responsibilities at the border. He needs to be held accountable for that and so do others.
Hagman’s comments came after Reps. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and Pat Fallon (R-TX) had already introduced articles of impeachment and GOP leaders including Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN). ), expressed openness to investigating Mayorkas for impeachment-level breaches of duty.

Hagemann also commented on Twitter:
The Biden administration and Secretary Mayorkas must be held accountable for the aggression on our southern border. Everyone has to do the work they are sworn to do. https://t.co/QfcGLWWFjK
