A Jan. 6 protester, nicknamed the “Sedition Panda” by the corporate media, was arrested in LeCanto, Florida.
FBI agents arrested Jesse Rumson, 37, on charges of being one of the first 20 people to enter the Capitol on January 6.
Rumson could not be tracked by authorities for a long time because he was wearing a giant panda costume when entering the Capitol.
The New York Post reported that Rumson was charged with “rioting, assault, resisting or obstructing an officer and engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds.”
In addition to wearing a panda costume, Rumson reportedly wore an anti-CCP shirt and a Don’t Tread On Me flag.

In the DOJ’s press release, the feds claim that Rumson was handcuffed by officers earlier in the day but later released from them.
According to the DOJ:
According to court records, on January 6, 2021, Rumson illegally assembled on the Upper West Terrace near the Senate Wing door. At approximately 2:40 p.m., once the rioters successfully broke open the Capitol’s parliament doors, he ran through the Senate Wing door wearing a panda headpiece.
He then jumped over the railing to climb the steps leading to the doors of Parliament, and at approximately 2:42 a.m., he was seen entering the Capitol building and its halls. Later, Rumson is seen without a panda headpiece exiting through the doors of Parliament in handcuffs. He appeared in the crowd surrounding the Senate wing door when it was broken down a second time, where Rumson shouted “Get RAM!” was heard shouting.
