Joe Biden sat down with ABC’s David Muir on Friday for a one-on-one softball interview to discuss Russia, China, Ukraine, the impending nuclear war and the scandals plaguing his administration.
Biden was asked why so many Americans say the economy is so much worse than when he was elected.
According to a left-leaning ABC/WaPo poll, 41% of Americans feel economically worse off under the Biden administration.
It’s far worse than left-wing polls say.
Inflation rates are at a 40-year high.
30-year fixed mortgage rates are higher than 7.00%.
Inflation outpaces wages.
Americans are suffering because of Joe Biden’s tax and spending policies.
But he says it is the media’s fault for reporting negative news.
“4 in 10 Americans say things are worse than when you were elected — just 16% say they are better. Why?” David Muir asked Biden.
Biden blamed doom and gloom headlines.
“You do ne – I mean you do an interview for the news. Can you turn on the television and think, ‘God, that would make me feel good’?” Biden said.
