ORLANDO, FL—The Orange County Sheriff’s Department released police bodycam footage Thursday showing the arrest of triple-murder suspect Keith Moses, who was arrested Wednesday for killing three people and wounding two others.
Christine Taylor of Gateway Pundit previously broke the news of Moses’ arrest.
According to KSAT 12 News, 38-year-old Nathacha Augustine, 9-year-old Teonna Major and Spectrum News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons were killed. The two victims injured in the shooting were the mother of a 9-year-old girl and news photographer Jesse Walden.
The entire event took place in the crime-ridden Pine Hill neighborhood, nicknamed “Crime Hills” by its residents. A local news team called Spectrum News 13 was reporting the fatal shooting in the area.
In the bodycam below, Moses is seen screaming, “They’re killing me,” I can’t breathe, and “Let me go” as sheriff’s deputies try to place him in handcuffs.

Based on his cries, one of the deputies suspected Moses might be on drugs.
Another deputy requests his knife so he can cut the fabric of Moses’ pants to locate the suspect’s gun. Moses continues to scream like a child, “I can’t breathe.”
The gun is then removed from the suspect’s pants and deputies report that the gun is “still hot,” meaning it was recently fired. The video then ends with Moses continuing to cry.
KSAT News reported that Moses was taken to a local hospital for evaluation based on his cries of “I can’t breathe.” Another local station, WKMG, reported that hospital staff and sheriff’s deputies had to be subdued after they resisted.
Moses has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting that killed Agustin. Higher fees are expected.
Moses has a long criminal history. His record includes charges of aggravated battery, assault with a deadly weapon, burglary and grand theft.
He had no business walking the streets of Orlando. Three people have now died due to the failure of the legal system.
