Joe Biden traveled to Santa Clara, California on Thursday to survey the damage caused by severe winter storms.
Biden was greeted by California Governor Gavin Newsom before touring the damage on Marine One.

Joe Biden gave remarks at Seacliff State Park, assuring residents that the federal government would help the community rebuild after the storm.
A defiant Joe Biden said he had “no regrets” when asked about the stolen classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette.
Biden was visibly irritated by reporters as he did his job by asking questions about classified documents stored in his garage.
“We have a serious problem here, and the American people don’t understand why you don’t ask me questions about it,” Biden said.
“I have no regrets. I am following what the lawyer told me to do. That’s exactly what we’re doing. There’s no, there,” Biden said.
