Update: CNN’s follow-on report, citing a “source familiar with the matter,” indicated that among the items found in Biden’s office were “10 classified documents, including US intelligence memos and briefing materials covering topics including Ukraine, Iran and the United Kingdom.” The classified documents date between 2013 and 2016 and were found among other unclassified and personal documents, CNN’s sources said.
The documents came to light on November 2. Significantly, just 6 days before the crucial mid-term elections.
Resume the original story-
Donald Trump has called for a raid on President Biden’s home after classified documents were found in the Washington DC office he used as vice president.
The documents were discovered inside an office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, a “think tank” used by Biden as part of his relationship with the University of Pennsylvania. The president was an honorary professor in the institution.
Attorney General Merrick Garland has asked the U.S. attorney in Chicago to investigate, CNN reported.
The president’s personal attorney established in November that the papers contained “a small number of documents with classified markings.”
Unlike the president, the vice president does not have the same classification powers.
He announced that Joe Biden illegally kept classified documents from his vice presidency. I’m old enough to remember when the media said it was impossible. After all, Trump is indicted. Between Hillary and now Biden, this story is over. pic.twitter.com/Pv5qtqJPqe

Biden keeps classified documents
It’s unclear what material was found in those Biden classified documents. [See Update]
When faced with a similar story involving Trump, it’s unclear how the media could repeatedly leak information from anonymous sources, but there were zero stories for two months after the documents were first discovered.
Not to mention, Biden was a professor emeritus at the University of Pennsylvania from 2017 to 2019. Yet these documents have been sitting in a Washington, DC office and federal officials have been unaware of them for anywhere between 4 and 6 years?
It took him significantly less time to go after Trump, which he argued was inadvertently moved to his residence during the chaotic transition and material he argued was classified.
Joe Biden took classified documents out of the White House when he was vice president.
The VP does not have the power to classify, only the POTUS.
Joe Biden stole classified documents.
This is a very serious crime.
DOJ and NARA cannot sweep this under the rug and harass Trump.

According to a CNN report, the National Archives and Records Administration was notified immediately after the discovery by Biden’s lawyers and has so far managed to keep things quiet.
And wouldn’t you know it – classified documents were found in this office on November 2nd, six days before the midterm elections.
Classified documents were found at Joe Biden’s think tank before the midterms. Why are we finding out now?

The classified materials include top-secret files with the designation “Sensitive Department Information” used for highly sensitive information obtained from intelligence sources.
Contrary to allegations against Trump, CBS News, which first reported on the situation, specifically states that “the documents do not contain nuclear secrets.”
It looks like he’s already running a cover to let people know that Biden’s taking of classified documents isn’t as serious as Trump’s breach.
Biden stole classified documents while he was VP and stored them in his think tank.
VP has no authority to declassify classified documents.
And this “think tank” received $54 million in funding from the CCP.

Trump wants Biden’s homes raided
Attorney General Merrick Garland personally signed a warrant to search Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home for classified documents in August.
His actions marked an unprecedented legal effort by a sitting attorney general against a potential opponent of the president who nominated him for the post.
Tucker on Biden collecting classified documents: “It turns out that Biden is doing the same thing that Trump is accused of doing. There is no question that Merrick Garland unleashed one of his signature pre-dawn attacks on the University of Pennsylvania. pic.twitter.com/uE112wQjxU

Garland again demonstrated that the president should not be a partisan flack and serve in the role of AG, with no raids on Biden’s home to uncover highly classified documents.
And Trump wants to know why.
“When is the FBI going to raid Joe Biden’s multiple homes, possibly the White House?” He asked Satya on social media platform. “These documents are definitely not classified.”
Trump linked to a New York Post article from April that said the think tank in question had received $54 million in donations from China through various cutouts, half of which were “anonymous gifts.”
It’s not a good look to have classified documents where China is giving you gifts.
“Awesome! Biden think tank funded by China!!!” Trump wrote. “How much more information is given to China?”
There is no indication that China or anyone else for that matter has seen the classified documents kept by the Biden think tank.
The president, meanwhile, didn’t appear too eager to answer questions on the matter, ignoring reporters who shouted inquiries over classified documents.
Biden has been highly critical of Trump for mishandling classified documents since leaving office.
“How could that happen? How could someone be so irresponsible? And I thought, what is the data that compromises the sources and methods?” The president said. “And it’s just — totally irresponsible.”

It’s been interesting to watch the media slowly morph from ‘treasonous and/or attempted selling of nuclear secrets to Putin by the president having secret documents in his personal possession’ to ‘meh, it’s no big deal’.
They will protect Biden at all costs and the story of Trump’s actions will disappear like so many other ‘major’ stories over the years that should have ended his political career.
Remember, Democrats have done anything Trump has been accused of before. These classified documents are more proof of that.
