An emotional conversation can be heard on the police scanner from the police officer pleading for an ambulance for Officer Wilt as he reveals that Officer Wilt has been shot in the head. In an earlier conversation, the police officer can be heard saying that Nicholas Wilt is lying on the steps outside the bank as the police scramble to navigate the situation with the shooter, where they can’t see him.
