Democrat Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY) appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” to discuss competing mandates over access to the abortion pill mifepristone.
Federal judges on Friday issued dueling orders on access to abortion pills, setting up a Supreme Court battle.
“U.S. District Judge Matthew Kosmarick, a Trump appointee, ordered a hold on federal approval of mifepristone in a decision that overturned decades of scientific approval. But U.S. District Judge Thomas O. Rice, an Obama appointee, ruled essentially the opposite and directed U.S. officials not to make any changes that would restrict access to the drug in at least 17 states where Democrats have sued. That decision came at the same time. In an effort to protect availability.” AP reported.
CNN’s Dana Bash brought up her previous guest position, ignoring a judge’s ruling suspending FDA approval of the abortion pill mifepristone.
Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra said Sunday that the Biden administration will ignore a federal judge’s ruling suspending FDA approval of the abortion pill mifepristone.
“What you heard me ask the secretary is that you’re calling on the Biden administration to do, which is to ignore a court ruling, which is pretty amazing if you think about it!” Dana Bosch said.
You know it’s bad when even CNN is shocked by the lawlessness of the Democrats.
The AOC claimed the executive branch could ignore the judge’s ruling and lashed out at President Trump.
